Hi there! I’m submitting an image from my maternity photos that was deleted from Instagram, labeling it as ‘nudity’ despite censoring parts of my pregnant body, including my nipples, so the post wouldn’t get deleted.

Platforms like Instagram are run by puritanical authoritarians who set their racist, misogynistic algorithms to police Black, Latinx and other people of color under their guise of TOS violations, and yet neither-nazis and conspiracy theorists get to keep their dangerous platforms on the app. Something so trivial shouldn’t be this frustrating.
